However, many of us spend our days indoors, whether it’s working from home, commuting, or relaxing at home. So, it’s no surprise that around one in five people in the UK have low vitamin D levels, especially during the gloomy winter months.

Exposure to natural light during the day, especially in the morning, helps us sleep better at night. So, if you’re having trouble dozing off, it might be worth trying to step outside a little more often.
